Microsoft is preparing for the unveiling of their newest venture, the Surface. Apart from offering all of the luxury items standard with tablets (social media email, apps, etc), the Surface will offer full compatibly with MS Office, Outlook, and numerous other small business programs that have been the bread and butter of Microsoft since the beginning.
Office 365 Small Business Premium is a new program Microsoft's arsenal that will sell for $12.50 per user per month, or $149.99 annually. The Small Business Premium is aimed at businesses that have no more than 10 users. Each user could access Office 365 on up to five PCs, tablets or Apple Mac computers. Features also include 25GB of Outlook e-mail storage, 10 GB of cloud storage, the ability to host online meetings and operate a public-facing Web site with no additional hosting fees. Microsoft has not been as specific about the pricing for the tablet itself saying that it will be between $199 and $800 which is extremely broad. That range for the average American family could either be groceries for the week or paying a mortgage so only time will tell the bottom line but we will bet it is closer to the $500 price tag of their favorite rival's tablet.
